So ensuring the perenniality of the company, Daniel LOHEAC decides into 1989 to create his own Groupe. 

At that time, General manager of LOHEAC S.A. on three French sites: Mormant, Lyon, Orleans, and a Belgian site, Daniel LOHEAC take the control of an external Company, the Société of Transports of Bassée (S.T.B. ) in Bray on the Seine (77). 

Daniel LOHEAC is at the origin of creation in January 1991 of a Belgian Holding company, GAEL SA which has as an aim the detention and the management of the titles. This one takes, since 1991, of the majority interests in: 

                                 GAEL CENTERS                  (45 - ORLEANS)

                                 GAEL The RHONE                   (69 - Lyon)

                                 GAEL BELGIUM             (Mouscron)

and creates:

                                 NORTHERN GAEL                     (59 - Lille) 

The positioning of GAEL in the context European, the will consequently marked to be by 2000 one of the leaders of the profession of the Transport of Dangerous Matters encourages Daniel LOHEAC not to slacken its effort. 

In 1992, the resumption of Goodwill LOHEAC located in ISLAND OF FRANCE makes it possible to create:
